Cheers to your New Year

What a year it has been, but we got through, somehow, to see the other side. 

A few ideas for 2022, we will see what comes to fruition. 

We are still planning to add a cider a month to the collection over the summer months... With the forager being released for January. This is made from apples we did a roadside pick over Easter Weekend in 2021. A funky tang, with the Granny Smith apple dominating.

We also have some experiments going on with a vegetation series, its fun trying, hopefully, they are successful experiments.
