Previously named "Under my skins", renamed with our friends at Rewine, and we really liked it, so Skinny Shiraz is here to stay .
This time the cider is made from Royal gala apples from an orchard in Tyabb.
We fermented the juice on Shiraz Grape Skins.
The result is a brightly coloured wine infused, just off dry, and lightly carbonated cider.
