Previously named "Under my skins", renamed with our friends at Rewine, and we really liked it, there are still some old labels going around before we release the new ones.
This cider is made from apple juice from Bellevue Orchard.
We fermented the juice on Merlot Grape Skins, from our property in 2021.
The result is a brightly coloured wine infused, dry, and lightly carbonated cider.
