This time the cider is made from a blend of apples from an orchard in Cape Shanck.
We look for the colour, and additional flavours, when we make this cider, really chasing that red. Each year we get closer!
This cider is a brightly coloured, wine infused, just off dry, and lightly carbonated cider.
