This cider is made from cider apples picked from Barragunda Farm, located in Cape Schanck, Victoria.
We fermented the juice to dry and back sweetened for bottle conditioning* in September 2021.
The result is a sweet bodied and lightly carbonated cider.
You will need a bottle opener to open this.
